Contents insurance

You must have cover to stay with us, just incase something goes wrong. You can purchase an appropriate amount of cover alongside your booking. Simply select how much it would cost to replace the value of the items being stored and we'll add the cost to your bill.

Already have insurance? That's fine, just make sure it covers you for all applicable risks. If you don't select our cover we will assume you have your own cover in place and that you ensured that is covers you for all applicable risks.

Security deposit

Upon booking, a refundable security deposit will be charged. It's returned upon vacating, unless damages or other terms are not met. If you cancel before move in day, the deposit will be returned in full.

Please note

Cancel your storage booking anytime. Any packing or removals services will need to be cancelled 48 before the delivery time to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

We will always try and accommodate customer requests for delivery and collection. However there may be times at peak periods where we are unable to meet these requests.
